Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Color Cubs. We sell instant-download digital coloring books and printable sheets. Because files are delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a purchase is completed.

No Refunds (Digital Products)

All purchases are non-refundable.
Once your download link appears on the order page and/or is emailed to you, the order is considered delivered.

We’re happy to help if something goes wrong

While refunds aren’t offered, we’ll quickly resolve any access or file issues:

Didn’t receive the email? We’ll resend your download link.
Link expired/not working? We’ll reactivate it or send an alternate link.
File won’t open or looks corrupted? We’ll replace the file or provide a compatible format.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Limited exceptions (eligible for refund after verification)

We will issue a refund in these rare situations:

Duplicate payment / accidental double purchase of the same item.
Unauthorized transaction (fraud).
Irreparable file issue: if a file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

Note: For item #3, we’ll first attempt a replacement/alternate format. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund.

Non-refundable situations (examples)

Change of mind or the child loses interest
Purchased the wrong item/pack by mistake
Expectation differences based on style or difficulty
Price changes after purchase or missed coupon codes
Inability to print due to home printer/ink/paper issues (we can guide you or suggest print-shop options)

How refunds (when approved) are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
Processing times vary by bank/issuer and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees don’t apply (digital products).
