Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Color Cubs. We create instant-download digital coloring books and printable sheets. Because files are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be canceled once a purchase is completed.

No Cancellations (Digital Products)

• All purchases are final.

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link becomes available on the order confirmation page and via email; from that moment, cancellation is not possible.

What if something goes wrong?

While we don’t accept cancellations, we’re happy to help with any technical issue:

• Didn’t receive the download email? We’ll resend the link.

• Link expired or not working? We’ll reactivate or provide an alternate link.

• File won’t open/looks corrupted? We’ll replace the file or share a compatible format.
  
  

  Accidental duplicate purchases or unauthorized transactions

  If you were charged twice for the same item or notice an unauthorized transaction, email us immediately. After verifying the duplication/unauthorized charge, we will reverse the duplicate or invalid charge.

  Order Changes

  Edits such as switching products or packs are not possible after purchase. You can place a new order for the desired item.
